About me:

Kia Ora, my name is Emma Rowley.

Design and creativity, especially in fashion, have always been my passion. With a strong focus on sustainability, I strive to create high-quality garments that have minimal environmental impact. At Otago Polytechnic, I developed a love for textile manipulation, creating shape, texture, and clean, crisp details in garments. Over the past few years, I’ve honed my skills in midsized womenswear, upcycling, and repurposing discarded textiles. I believe in treasuring our resources and treating everything we're a part of with the utmost respect. I value quality materials, thoughtful details, and environmental care. In 2024 I undertook an internship with Charmine Reveley that further developed my skills in a professional context. I am not afraid of challenges and am excited to push myself and leave my mark within the industry, continuing my work with mid-sized clothing.
